The Schacht Inkle loom is built with years of heavy use in mind. It has one open side for ease of warping. The tension bar has an easy grip knob for adjusting the warp tension during weaving. Warps can be up to 4 wide and 8.5 long.
Note: The clever folks at Schacht have figured out that you dont even need to tie string heddles any more! The220mmTexsolv heddles (GLI-100-220/12) are the perfect size for use on this loom when folded in half.
