Orifice Hooks or Tubes – choose by your shaft’s diameter: All Spinolution wheels come standard with a hook orifice bar. You can purchase a tube orifice bar as an accessory. The tube orifice bar is for spinners who prefer the traditional tube, or art yarn spinners who want to spin while using a thread auto-wrap technique. In late 2017/early 2018 Spinolution began changing the flyer shafts so now there are two sizes to choose from in the 8 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz and 64 oz orifice bars – order by the diameter of your shaft. Older shafts are typically 1/4″ and newer 3/8″ but it’s best to measure to be sure to avoid having to return/exchange. 4 oz shafts did not change.
