How to Use:
- Prepare Your Machine Adjust your overlock machine to the desired stitch setting.
- Load The Elastic Loosen the screw at the front of the Elastic Foot to release roller tension, then insert the elastic into the foot.
- Attach The Foot Snap the foot onto your machine and pull the elastic so it extends just behind the foot.
- Adjust The Stretch Tighten the tension screw to set how much the elastic will be stretched while sewing.
- Secure The Elastic Turn the handwheel to make a few stitches, anchoring the elastic in place.
- Add Your Fabric Slide the fabric under the foot and sew, stitching both the fabric and elastic together in one smooth step.
- Fine-Tune As Needed Check your stitches and adjust the tension screw until you get the desired stretch and finish.
To adjust the stretch of the elastic:
- Turn the tension screw to the right for more stretch.
- Turn the screw to the left for less stretch.
- Be careful not to stretch the fabric while sewing.
