Rhinestone Placement Guidance Grid Stencils – Diagonal Lines

Application: Crystal rhinestone placement
Size info:
- A4 – Small – 1,189 holes (5mm holes) 3mm gap between each hole
- A4 – Medium – 560 holes (5mm holes) 5mm gap between each hole
- A4 – Large – 266 holes (5mm holes) 10mm gap between each hole
How to use:
- Line up the grid to your desired placement.
- Hold it in place as you apply glue dots in each gap, we would recommend that you use our precision glue bottles or a syringe for precise gluing. Place your bead of glue in the centre of each hole. Or, using a gel pen to match your fabric, mark the dots and repeat the process move the grid to cover your area that requires embellishing.
- Hold one corner and gently lift the grid off your garment.
- Place your crystals on to each glue dot, you can always add more glue if necessary.
- To continue your design, line the grid up to your previous row.
Handy tip: Working with the crystal placement grid stencils requires accuracy when placing your beads of glue. If you work with E6000 plus or similar, you will need to make sure there are no glue strings between the holes, as when you have glue strings, removing the stencil could remove a few rhinestones attached to the glue strings.
If you prefer you can always use a dressmakers pencil to mark the dots where you wish to place your beads of glue.
